Garage Door Makeovers, October 2025 Installation Round-Up

October 2025 was all about makeovers. Several of this month's installations were dramatic transformations, replacing tired, worn doors with modern, insulated replacements. Here is a look at some of the before-and-after results.

Black Garador Pair Replacement

The existing doors at this property in Earley were original 1990s canopy doors, faded, draughty and difficult to open. We replaced both with new Garador Georgian doors in black. The visual transformation was immediate, and the customers commented on how much quieter the new doors are when opening and closing.

Red Door Upgrade

A single-car garage in Tilehurst with a corroded white up-and-over. The customer chose a vibrant red replacement to inject personality into the front of their property. The new door is fully insulated and comes with a 10-year manufacturer warranty.

Coordinated Front and Garage Door

One of our favourite projects this month, a coordinated installation featuring a new sectional garage door and matching Comp Door composite front door. Both in anthracite grey, the consistency across the front of the property creates an elegant, designed look.

Final Makeover of the Month

Rounding out October, a straightforward but effective replacement of a tired up-and-over with a modern insulated sectional in a subtle grey. The customer had been considering the upgrade for over a year and was delighted with the result.
