Two layers. The manufacturer's warranty covers the door itself — typically 5 to 10 years depending on brand and model, stated on your written quote. On top of that, every Wolverine installation carries our own 5 year guarantee covering both parts and labour, which also applies to our repairs.
The practical difference matters: a parts-only warranty leaves you paying labour when something fails; ours does not. Check that distinction on any quote you compare. Automated doors also get a free service visit at the 12-month mark to confirm everything is still running as it should.
